Chelsea Court Stair Replacement

We are demolishing the existing concrete and steel structures; fabricating new wood stringers and landings; and installing new Trex composite treads and decking system including new synthetic risers and trim. We are then installing a new modern stainless steel cable rail system and replacing the brick façade that was removed. The residents at some locations have to be relocated for the duration of their stairway replacements so we are working on an accelerated schedule to minimize impact to the community while maintaining our commitment to delivering high quality workmanship.
