Brief Description:

This roofing project is located in Reston, Virginia. Our roofing team replaced 36 roofs with a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system.

The 36 roofs were non tapered ethylene propylene diene terpolymer or EPDM roofs. The owners chose to have the replaced with an energy-efficient thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing system. The TPO roof's reflective membrane is ultraviolet and heat resistant, which allows it to be an energy efficient system that aids in the cooling of the area below the roof. The white membrane reflective surface exceeds all of the EPA “Energy Star” requirements.
